This large, accommodating oceanfront home has an open living space with big windows that frame the ocean views, plus an enclosed porch with plenty of seating. The nicely landscaped yard and outdoor dining set are perfect for a summer barbecue, lounging with a good book, or simply enjoying the sea breeze.

3 bedrooms: Bedrooms 1 and 2 are on the first floor, and each has a queen bed and a double bunk bed. Bedroom 3, on the main level, has a double bed. There’s also a double sleep sofa in the grand room. Linens and towels are provided by the owner.

Bathrooms: a full bath with a tub and shower on the first floor, and a small stall shower on the main level.

Off-street parking for 4 cars. Occupancy limit: 10–12. No smoking and no pets.
