A sunny little hideaway just a short path from Saco Bay. This daylight studio fills with light from its big windows, and out in the yard there’s a gas grill, an umbrella table, and lounge chairs — simple, easy, and steps from the ocean.
A sunny daylight-basement studio in a two-family home, just a short path from the sandy beach on Saco Bay. Large windows fill the small wicker sitting area with light, and the kitchen has a big window that catches the morning sun. The studio has baseboard heat and portable fans (no air conditioning), and new windows have been installed throughout. Please note there are stairs down from the upper area.
The studio sleeps four, with a full bed and two twin beds. There is one bathroom with a shower, and linens are provided. Out in the yard you’ll find a gas grill, a deck/porch with patio furniture, an umbrella, beach toys, and board games/puzzles for rainy days.
Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. This is a no-smoking home; no pets.
Linens: Provided. Bed linens and bath towels are included with your stay.
Pet policy: Not pet-friendly. Sorry, no pets are allowed at this property.
