Outside there’s a large fenced-in backyard with a gas grill, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, a clothesline, and a garden hose. Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided. The Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge, with trails, is across the street, and the marsh views are lovely.

This is one unit of a side-by-side duplex, with separate entrances and sun porches. 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1, on the first floor, has a queen bed. Upstairs, one bedroom has two twin beds and one has a queen bed plus a trundle with 2 twins. Sheets and towels are supplied through Bayside Linens.

1 bathroom on the first floor with a tub/shower combo. Washer and dryer in the unit. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Occupancy limit: 8. No smoking. This cottage is pet-friendly.
