Half a block from the beach in Ocean Park, Holleman is a roomy four-bedroom retreat with an enclosed sun porch, a working fireplace for cool evenings, and an outdoor shower for sandy feet. Tennis courts, the center of Ocean Park, great birding spots, and the Eastern Trail are all close by.

A spacious 4-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 10 New Salt Rd in Old Orchard Beach, sleeping up to 10 guests across two levels.
The home has a working indoor fireplace, board games and puzzles, a deck/porch with patio furniture, and an enclosed outdoor shower. It’s a short walk (about 4 minutes) to the beach, with beach chairs and beach toys provided. Parking for 4 designated spaces is available in the driveway, and there’s a baby gate for young children. This home is pet-friendly.
This is a no-smoking home.
Linens: Not provided. Please bring your own sheets and towels, or rent them from Bayside Linens.
Pet policy: Pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome with prior approval, maximum 2 pets (cats are not accepted at most properties and require separate approval). The pet fee is $200 per pet, per week, non-refundable, and a signed Pet Agreement & Application with current vaccination records is required before arrival.
