A true Maine artist’s camp, right in Old Orchard Beach. Pitch horseshoes in the big yard, fire up the charcoal grill, and linger over dinner on the enclosed porch — then head down to the beach and the bustle of OOB.

Let this Maine artist’s camp in the heart of Old Orchard Beach be your vacation retreat, about a 15-minute walk from the beach. There’s a large yard with a horseshoe pit, a picnic table, and a charcoal BBQ grill for outdoor family activities, plus an enclosed porch with a dining table and chairs to enjoy the quiet setting.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 across two bedrooms plus a queen pull-out couch in the living room: bedroom one has a double bed, and bedroom two has two twin beds. A single full bathroom with a stand-up shower serves the home, and everything is on one easy level with parking for two cars in the yard.

Propane heat keeps things comfortable in the shoulder seasons, and the home is professionally cleaned between every stay.

There’s a fenced yard and garden, plus an enclosed outdoor shower (cold water only). Note the home does not have air conditioning.

Pets are welcome with notice — please clean up after your pet. No smoking.

Linens: Not provided. Please bring your own sheets and towels, or rent them from Bayside Linens.

Pet policy: Pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome with prior approval, maximum 2 pets (cats are not accepted at most properties and require separate approval). The pet fee is $200 per pet, per week, non-refundable, and a signed Pet Agreement & Application with current vaccination records is required before arrival.
