It’s a beautiful life! This spacious waterfront retreat has stunning marsh and Saco River views, spectacular sunsets, and room for up to 12 guests. The marsh is alive with wildlife and changes with every tide, and sailboats drift by. Enjoy it all from the privacy of the back deck or the gazebo, with a fenced-in back yard to keep your little ones and fur babies safe.

The owners keep this cottage well stocked. The shed has everything for the beach and backyard: a beach buggy, coolers, beach chairs and an umbrella, boogie boards and a skim board, sand toys, cornhole, bocce, spike ball, wiffle ball, a basketball, frisbees, and tennis and pickleball gear. The kitchen has a lobster pot, crockpot, blender and air fryer, plus a coffee bar and a charging station with a Bluetooth speaker. There’s a piano in the living room, family games, cards and puzzles on the front porch, a porta-crib, gate and high chair for little ones, and even light weights, a yoga mat and exercise bands. Camp Ellis has a quaint, small-town feel, with daily trolleys to Old Orchard Beach for restaurants, shops and nightlife.

3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a daybed with trundle, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and two twin bunks, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There’s also a queen pull-out in the common area on the first level.

2 full bathrooms: one with a tub and shower, and one with a stand-up shower.

Bed linens and towels are furnished by the owners through Bayside Linens; please bring your own linens for the futon. Off-street parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Up to 2 pets are welcome (see the pet policy below).
