Marsh views from every floor, a third-floor deck made for sunrise-to-sunset birdwatching, and a brand-new kitchen. Marsh-Mellow is the last house on a quiet dead-end street in Ocean Park, a few minutes’ walk to the beach — start the day with coffee and songbirds in the sunroom, and end it at the grill.

A 3-bedroom, 2-bath home at 23 Weymouth Ave in Ocean Park, sleeping up to 8 guests across three levels, with ocean and marsh views.

Bedroom one has a queen bed (L2), bedroom two has a queen bed (L3), bedroom three has a king bed (L3), and a sun room offers a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests. Two bathrooms serve the home: a tub/shower combo (L2) and a stand-up shower (L3).

The kitchen was redone in late 2025 with new quartz countertops and a new oven, fridge, and microwave (Maytag), and there’s a new king bed in the main bedroom and rain shower heads. Heat pumps (mini-splits, new in 2025) provide heating and air conditioning. There’s a deck/porch with patio furniture, and a cold-water-only outdoor shower. It’s a short walk to the beach, with two designated parking spaces in the driveway (strictly enforced).
