About a minute’s walk to the beach — this inviting two-bedroom home is an easy, breezy base for a family week at the shore, with a patio table and a gas grill waiting when the sun goes down.
This inviting home has a spacious, relaxing atmosphere with lots of room to make lasting memories, and the beach is just steps away. Outside there’s a cozy area for enjoying the coastal climate — sip your morning coffee at the patio table, fire up the gas grill for a summer barbecue, or simply unwind in the evening.
Both bedrooms are on the second floor, each with a full bed, and a double sleep sofa in the living room brings the total to six guests. The second floor has a full bath with tub and shower, and there is a half bath on the first floor.
There is off-street parking for two cars. Linens are not provided, but you can bring your own or rent them through Bayside Linens. This is a no-smoking, no-pets home.
Inside there’s a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, cable TV, board games, and portable fans (no air conditioning), plus a lobster pot for a real Maine dinner.
