Big Brownie is made for big groups: six bedrooms and room for 10 (well-behaved pets welcome, too), a short walk to the beach, the soda shop, and the heart of Ocean Park.

This single-family cottage (with another cottage on the same lot) is close to the Ocean Park shops, a short walk to the soda shop, tennis courts, and the beach, and across from the Temple. It has a dishwasher, washer/dryer, an enclosed porch, and Wi-Fi, with easy I-95 access. Enjoy birding? There are marsh areas to explore, and the enclosed porch is great for people-watching.

6 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king bed with an adjoining bath, Bedroom 2 has twin beds, Bedroom 3 has a full bed, Bedroom 4 has two bunk beds, Bedroom 5 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 6 has two bunk beds. There’s also a full pull-out couch in the den.

3½ bathrooms: two bathrooms with a shower, a third with a tub and shower, and a half bath.

Please bring your own sheets and towels, or rent them through Bayside Linens (baysidelinens.com). Off-street parking for 3 cars. Occupancy: 12. Well-behaved pets are welcome; no smoking. Please note: this is a classic summer cottage with ceiling and portable fans but no heat or air conditioning, and the fireplace is not for use.
