This historic single-family cottage is only steps from the beach at Kinney Shores and has an enclosed porch. It was upgraded in 2005 but kept its original historical appeal. There’s a BBQ grill and picnic table for entertaining (or just enjoying the ocean sounds), a porch off the kitchen, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after those sun-soaked beach days.

3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1, on the first floor, has a queen bed. On the second floor, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds.

1 bathroom on the first level with a shower only, plus an outside beach shower to rinse off sea salt and sand.

Linens are not provided; bring your own, or rent them through Bayside Linens. Off-street parking for 3 cars. Occupancy limit: 6. No pets (including visiting pets) and no smoking, and no more than 6 guests overnight. Please note: there is a security camera outside with a view of the driveway.
