The Sandbox – 3 Weymouth Ave

Sand between your toes in about a minute. The Sandbox is a freshly renovated beach cottage where mornings start on the new hardscaped patio and summer evenings cool down on the screened porch — rinse off at the private outdoor shower and let the sea breeze do the rest.

Just a one-minute walk to the water, with ocean views, The Sandbox is a single-level 2-bedroom cottage at 3 Weymouth Ave, sleeping up to 6 guests.

Bedroom one has a queen bed, and bedroom two has two twin beds (trundle-style), plus a futon/full couch in the living room for extra sleeping space. A full bathroom with a stand-up shower serves the home, and parking for two cars is available.

The cottage was recently completely renovated with fresh, modern decor, and for 2027 there’s new landscaping, new patio furniture, and new fencing and gravel work. Outside there’s a nicely landscaped yard, a hardscaped patio with seating, an upper deck, and a screened porch for the cool evening breeze. The home has central air conditioning and forced-air heat, plus an enclosed outdoor shower with a rinse station, and a deck/porch with patio furniture. This is a pet-friendly home (up to 2 pets). No smoking, including e-cigarettes.
