Pets are welcome at our designated pet-friendly properties with prior approval only. Please complete this application for each reservation with pets. Your pet is not approved until you receive confirmation from Tamarack Rentals.

• Pet fee: $200 per pet, per week. This fee is non-refundable.
• Vaccination records: upload a current copy of each pet’s immunization record below.

Requirements

• Dogs only. Cats are not accepted at most pet-friendly properties and require separate approval from Tamarack Rentals before booking. No more than 2 pets.
• Some properties have their own restrictions, which we will confirm with you.
• Pets must be housetrained, clean, well-groomed, and free of any communicable infections, parasites, or fleas.
• Pets must be obedient and well-socialized, with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing, or aggressive behavior.
• Proof of all immunizations must be received by the property manager prior to moving into the property.

Pet Owner Responsibilities

I hereby agree to:

1. Be 100% responsible for my pet’s behavior, well-being, and hygiene.
2. Manage my pet’s behavior in this rental property so that it is “pet-proofed” and safe for my pet.
3. Not leave my pet unattended for extended periods of time that may result in the pet becoming stressed, causing damage, or barking, howling, or crying excessively. If left alone, my pet will be crated.
4. Keep my pet off beds and furniture.
5. Clean up after my pet immediately after it “does its business,” on the property and in the neighborhood.
6. Keep my pet leashed when it is outside of the property and follow all local leash laws and beach rules for pets.
7. Pay immediately for any damage caused by my pet, including property damage, extra cleaning, pest treatment, or personal injury of any kind.
8. Only the pet(s) listed and approved on this application may stay at the property. Bringing an unapproved pet, or more pets than approved, may result in additional charges and/or removal from the property without refund.
9. If my pet appears to be in distress, is creating a disturbance, or an emergency occurs, the property manager or staff may enter the property without notice. If the property manager is unable to reach me within a reasonable amount of time, they may make temporary arrangements for my pet’s care as needed, based on the situation, at my expense.
10. If I fail to live up to any portion of this pet agreement, the property manager has the right to revoke permission for my pet to stay at the property and/or to revoke my rental agreement without refund.

Assumption of Risk & Indemnification

I assume all risks associated with my pet ownership, whether known or unknown to me, and take legal and financial responsibility for all consequences.

I unconditionally indemnify and agree to hold harmless the owners of the property (homeowners) and Tamarack Rentals (managing company) from any and all losses, including injuries, death, property damage, or any other issues resulting in damages, liability, and expenses, including court costs and attorney fees, that may result from having any pet(s) on the premises during my stay at this rental property.

By submitting this form, I agree that I have read this document completely, understand the legal consequences of signing it, and have completed the form truthfully and to the best of my knowledge.
